"Our Policies"

All reservations require an advance deposit equal to the first night’s rate plus tax at the time of booking.

Cancellations made by 6pm the day prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made after 6pm the day prior are subject to a cancellation fee equal to one night’s stay plus tax.
Guests who fail to arrive on their scheduled arrival date are responsible for the night’s rate plus tax and will receive no refund.

Credit card and photo ID are required at check-in.

Smoking is permitted in the garden and patio areas only. There is a $300.00 fine for smoking in guest rooms or indoor common areas.

The Iris Garden Inn does not allow pets.
If traveling with a pet, our sister property, The Quail Ridge Resort (www.quailridgeresort.com), will be happy to accommodate you.

Check-In is between 3:00 and 7:30 PM. (Late check-in available, call for details.)

Check-Out is 11:00 AM
